Recently it was large retailers who took heat for asking workers to work on Thanksgiving. Now McDonald's is playing the "bah humbug" card by requesting that its franchisees open their doors on Christmas Day. But it is a safe bet that those owners will be home with their families on the 25th of Dec.. Source of article:
