Nothing is as gratifying as being honored in your home town. For me it's right up there with the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame. Having a street named after ya (Hagar Way)-- come on!!! Fontana has changed so much since 1970 when I left. If you would have blindfolded me, brought me there and showed me around I would not have known where I was. For real. 14k population then and 200k today-- damn!
Attention St. Louis Redheads! We're excited to announce Sammy's "Four Decades of Rock" show is coming back to town! Block out May 30 for pre-sale tickets (public onsale is June 1). This special return to St. Louis includes a very special gift of free lawn tickets for locals, with a request to donate what you can to local charities.
Heading back to my hometown of Fontana for a stint as honorary Parade Grand Marshal. How cool is that?! This year they're celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the Fontana Days Parade. If you're nearby, stop on by!
Help Support Families Affected by This Week's Tornados
Sending my prayers and support to everyone affected by the devastating break of tornados this week. #PrayForOklahoma and help me in supporting my friends at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma (@rfbo) if you can.
We've been in contact with them and the best are monetary donations, which can be made online at www.regionalfoodbank.org or mailed to:

Cool to get some recognition for being the first wave of what they now call "Celebrity Spirits." I'm making Sammy's Beach Bar Rum for the same reason I made my tequila - I want something of quality I can enjoy myself! I believe I have made a better product than what's out there and am pleased to see so many others enjoying it with me.
