We sign up for all nights for the birthday bash. But we did not get any email confirmation that our registration. Did anyone else? Thank you

I can't get my tickets

I got an e-mail that said I won 2 tickets in the Second chance draw for October 7, 2016 show. I can't find any way to actually buy my tickets. I tried calling ticketfly and they said they don't have tickets for this event.
Who can I contact? What can I do?
It says that tickets must be purchased by today, August 22, 2016 by 9:00PT. I don't want to miss it.

Can anyone help?
