Luxury accomodations for birthday bash!

We have an extra room available at Me Cabo, a 4 star resort, renovated in January 2016 and gorgeous! The resort is on the swimmable beach, 10 minute walk from Cabo Wabo. Room at the hotel goes for $250/night minimum but we are renting for $1000 for all 7 nights from 10/8-15.

I have a timeshare at Villa del Palmar - I have 2 1BR/2BA units rented for Oct 7-14 & might need to unload one. Sleeps up to 4 people. $900 for the week.
