Event 7:00PM. Part of the book signing tour for Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock. Only books will be signed, photos permitted but no posed pictures.
Sammy will be signing books between 7:00 – 9:00 pm
FAQ's
Do I need to preorder a book? If so, how do I put in an order?
You may pre-order on borders.com.
What if I already bought a copy of the book? Will I be allowed to get in line to have Sammy sign my copy, or does my copy need to be bought at your store?
A copy of Red must be purchased at Borders to meet Sammy and have a book signed. Please have a receipt to show proof of purchase at Borders.
How will I gain admittance to the signing? Do I need a wristband or a ticket? If so, how do I get one?
Since this is a discussion with Neil Strauss, seating is limited, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a wristband is not required. There is plenty of standing room, though.
How early should I show up? We expect a good crowd for this discussion.
As seating is limited, we encourage you to arrive as early as possible. There is plenty of standing room, though.
If I can’t make it to the signing, are you taking phone orders for signed copies?
You can call AFTER the event (212.823.9775). If we have signed copies available, you may purchase them.
Anything else that I need to know?

9 Redhead Comments
I was there, and also went to the Book Revue signing in Huntington. This was a little bit better and fans weren't as rushed by the staff. Sam took a few seconds with each person which was cool. What was also cool was seeing him see some people he knew from his personal life including some family friend and Gary Piel's son. Not to mention the attendee with the Red Rocker bicycle. This to me was the way to experience such an event. While I was one of the first to get signed I stuck around for as long as I could to see it and take it all in. Been a Sammy fan for 20 yrs and was great to finally meet him. Definitely something now off my bucket list!

So cool to get to see Sam! I told him that it was 32 years ago last week that I first saw him open for Boston in St. Louis - he told me I had to put it up on the website! Lots of very cool people there tonight, and definitely looking forward to the read. KSHE 95 people in St. Louis! Come out and get your book signed this Friday!
