Long time listener, first time poster. A little bit about myself. I'm 32, male, born with Spina Bifida. I'm in a wheelchair because of my birth defect. So getting out to shows isn't all that appealing to me when it comes right down to it. That being said, I was lucky enough to see Sammy twice. Once on the Sam & Dave tour (Sammy stole the show hands down), and the other was on the VH reunion tour. For both shows I was lucky enough to have front row. Who says being handicapped doesn't have its advantages? Both shows Sammy put on a hell of a show.

I was so pleased to have my very fav, Mr. Sammy Hagar open at Comerica Park this summer for Kid Rock. When that was announced I was all over it! The best of both worlds for me came together in one hell of a show! The first time I saw Sammy was in 1983 at the Texas Jam and I have been going to his concerts whenever the Red Rocker, Waboritas or Chickenfoot come to MI. I am a devoted fan, who hasn't read his book . . . YET. I need a vacation to read a good book, so I am saving the read until I can get away!

Amazing show at the Pageant last night...Sammy was spot on...he sounded great...reminds me of the many reasons why I love him....because he has fun when he is on stage...he sings from his heart....that was seen in Come Closer....he connects with his fans...no matter what....he gives and gives...he is a rock star...he is an over the top singer...and he is just so stinking cute!!!!

I can't stop listening to this album. It's probably the best rock album I've heard in a long time. I live with a chronic illness; most days are okay, some are difficult, but ALWAYS -- the days when I listen to CHICKENFOOT it's like eating chicken soup when I have a cold. Sounds corny, yes, but true. Met Sammy at his book signing and have seen him with the Wabos a few times. His music and just his being lift my spirits and help me feel better. Standing room only will be tough for me at this show, but who cares -- I'll do it!! Can't wait until November 8th!! Hugs to you Sammy. :-)

What an amazing opening 2 nights to the Foot's Road Test shows in SF and LA! I was so pumped to kick off the Road Test Tour in my home town and the crowd did not disappoint! Hey Sammy I just joined and I have been a fan since Standing Hampton (awesome) . You sure know how to Rock and man you have class. Your VanHalen stint was great and I am also a big VH fan as well. We were kicking around the shop and came up with some stuff. Let me know what you think maybe we could do some stuff for ChickenFoot and
Cabo. It would be an honour and a privilege. We work hard and party hard, we maybe getting older but where not dead. Any feed back from anyone out there would be cool.

Sammy recently announced (at his birthday show on Oct. 13) in Cabo that he is going to offer my book for sale at the gift shop of his Cabo Wabo Cantina in Mexico, and my publisher, Rainbow Ridge Books, is gearing up to make that happen.

DANCE OF THE ELECTRIC HUMMINGBIRD is the true story of how Sammy changed my life in HUGE ways, beginning with an out-of-body experience I had at one of his concerts in Cabo in 2003.

My first and so far only stage show. What an experience!!!!!
