Just got back home from Sammy's belated birthday bash in Vegas! I must say that it was WELL worth it! By far it was one hell of a show! Sammy sounded GREAT, show was AWESOME!
I was able to get close and enjoy the sound check hours before the show. Seen and heard all the guys up close!
Sammy happy birthday and again I must thank you for ANOTHER Hagar night filled with rock n roll and Redrocker Attitude! You've never let me down as a TRUE REDHEAD! You are the man who DEFINES ROCK! thanks again!

Vegas sounds like it was a blast! Congrats to those that were there!! on another topic, Has anyone had their credit cards refunded yet for those that couldn't make Vegas? Could Admin post something regarding this please? Thankyou
Fans came from all over the world - I saw banners from the Netherlands, Brazil, Belgium, Japan! And of course the US was represented, I saw St Louis, Delaware, Phoenix and there were many more!
2014 Birthday Bash Viva Los Vegas was a blast, had so much fun. I think this event was a big hit @ DLV, maybe it should become a annual party.......just saying
I had an amazing time at the birthday bash!!! Sammy always gives 100% at all
his shows and this one was no different. I was in line at 9AM so I could be front of stage... It was so worth it!!!
Thank you Sammy and Friends:)
Sammy put on a great show, unfortunately it was a show not a party. I paid to upgrade our tickets twice to the VIP section. I was very disappointed with the VIP section we were in the nose bleed section, worst seats for a Sammy concert ever. It was advertised that there would be private bathroons, there were none! At least not for the lowly $200.00 ticket holders. I love Sammy concerts, but I will never see Sammy in a big venue again!
We have lived in Las Vegas for 21 years. In the early 1990's when we first learned that Van Halen was taking aboard Sammy Hagar, frankly we were relieved. After Sammy came aboard with VH, we attended two concerts of theirs in Las Vegas. Once at The Mandalay Bay Event Center and one at Thomas Mack. Although we enjoyed these shows, we had seen 2 VH concerts previously with David Lee Roth. After attending our first VH concert with Sammy at the helm, it was clear that the change was the best thing to happen to Van halen.
