Sammy another great concert. I was the Red Head that threw the sheet sign on the stage, after listening to Sammy's interview on how the Three Lock Box album was created. The sign was congratulating Sammy for 40 years since the Three Lock Box album release. When making the sign, I realized that I saw Sammy for the first time on April 1, 1983 almost 40 years to the date at the cost of $12.50, in Portland OR and I have been rockin' with Sammy ever since. Sammy was so cool that he signed the sheet and gave it back to me and now it is a curtain in my office. My fellow Red Head wanted to trade his Chad Smith drum symbol that we got at the Sammy concert in Tahoe for my sign. I have seen Sammy about 20 times and going to concerts is not was it used to be. I almost got thrown out during the last song for waving my lighter high above my head. What has the world come to when you cannot wave a lighter at a concert during the encore?
Thanks again Sammy, I cannot wait until my next Sammy concert I will be there, please do not take the year off or even think about retirement.
