Question about Billing Address for Birthday Bash!

Hey there! I sent this to info@redrocker.com, but I figured I'd ask here too.
My mom and I are heading to Cabo and we're hoping to snag tickets to one of the shows on Sammy's birthday bash! I got the email the other day with all the birthday bash info, and there was one part of it that I'm confused about, particularly about the billing address:
"ONLY ONE ENTRY PER SHOW PER PERSON PER BILLING ADDRESS IS ALLOWED."
My mom and I have the same billing address on our credit cards, so if we both applied for the birthday bash, would we be disqualified because we have the same billing address? I don't want to jeopardize our chances if we're not allowed to apply separately.

I agree that that is the spirit of the rules.
Since you share the same billing address you and her technically can not enter for the same show. I say technically because every year I read and hear of stories that contradict this. Bottom line it is a risk you have to decide to take.
