Petaluma disappiontment

Went to Petaluma last night (hour and fifteen minutes) had other things todo before and arrived at the bookstore at 7:35 and was told that Sammy had already been gone for 10 mins. WTF!! The website said he was signing from 7-9. What a waste of time!

I talked to someone else who stated they called the store to purchase a book and was directed to purchase through the stores web site. Which was down all day.....
