I am writing this to thank Sammy for treating my wife and I to dinner and the concert on night 1 of his Birthday Bash (2016) in Cabo a couple of weeks ago. You see, I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and my wife (without telling me) wrote a letter to Sammy explaining our situation and letting him know that we have always wanted to go to his Birthday Bash, etc...

Long story short, about a month later she got an email back from one of his employees (friends) that Sammy would like to treat us to dinner and the concert. Needless to say, we booked 5 days in an all inclusive resort and had the time of our life (with Sammy's concert right smack in the middle of those 5 days). Everything about it was great!!! The only thing that would have made it better was if we were able to have a meet and greet, but I am not complaining one bit.

Again, thank you so much Sammy!!! I hope to see you in concert again!! Please come to Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, MI or (even better) Little River Casino in Manistee, MI...
