FYI:Birthday Bash Ticket Pick Up Info!
Hi all! I'm posting this info again because alot of new people are here now & it seems alot of those people got tickets for the Bash shows & are headed down to Cabo for the first time! You really have no idea what to expect, so here is how it works!
On each day of a show from 2:00pm to 10:00pm there will be a table set up outside the gift shop at the Cantina to pick up your tickets! You will only be able to pick up that nights show! If you were lucky to get several shows, which alot of you were, you will pick up those tickets on the day of the show only also! There will be a line early on, but later in the afternoon you will be able to just walk up to get them! The people in line early will typically start the line to get into the show then! The doors for the show will open between 7:30pm to 7:50pm!
When picking up your tickets, the person who's name is on the credit card/confirmation has to show up with a picture ID & the person who will be his or her guest! You will NOT get a ticket! You will get wristbands! These wristbands will be placed on your wrist before you leave that table! You will not be able to leave the table with a wristband in your hand to put on someone later on!
You WILL NOT be able to have the ability to have both your wristbands put on different people! If you are the buyer, you will have to have a wristband on you! Remember the tickets are non-transferable! So there really isn't any trading of pairs of tickets! Pairs of tickets WILL NOT be available for transfer!!
Again people, please note that there will be no pairs of tickets from anyone due to the rules of non-transferability!! Many people are asking for pairs, they will not exist period!! You might get lucky to get one as a guest!
If you think that you will be able to pull the wristband off to put on someone else, I wouldn't do it! As you enter the door they will be looking closely at the wristbands! If it looks like it has been tampered with, you will not get in!
Do not try to sell your extra guest ticket for a profit! If you are caught, you will lose both your tickets! Scalping is not tolerated & you could be getting set up because they will be watching for it!
And lastly, remember you are in Mexico & a visitor! You might think something isn't fair or whatever! But don't pitch a fit or go crazy because you will be thrown out or worse, thrown in jail!

Forget about getting up front from the line at the front of the club! Dinner show people get in first as well as some VIPs, if you are first in the line out front, you will be about four to five people back from the stage! To do that you will have to be in line early & yes, some people get their bands put on & get in line right away!
The chance of getting one wrist band is possible! Make a sign that you need one & start walking around the area! You will have to do some work but you may get lucky! If anyone trys to sell one to you for anymore than face value report them! Do not buy a wrist band on the street, you will have to go to the table with the original Buyer & get it put on as the Guest of that Buyer!

Since I was unlucky in the ticket giveaway, my plans are all set to be in Cabo. What do you think my chances of getting one wristband will be for the Wed 10/9 and Fri 10/11 shows? What do you suggest I do....be at the line by 2pm?

I'm with you on that one, Pool bar gets my vote over standing in the hot Sun with no shade...Lots of Redheads to party with that didn't get tixs like us this year...Cabo is still a party with or with out getting into a show. Don't get me wrong, we would love to have been picked in the lottery but drew a blank this year...

If you really want to get right up front, then you will probably want to line up with the other "Up Front Fanatics" soon after you pick up your wristband at 2:00 or so. Doors are at 7:30+ and the show is 9:30 so you will be waiting about 5 hours for the doors and 7 hours for the show. Out front at the CaboWabo gets pretty hot (90+ degrees) since you are in the desert and there is no shade so it won't be very pleasant - bring lots of water. Frankly we have found that the venue is small enough that even if you show up at 8:00 right after the crowd goes in at 7:30 you will still only be about 10 people back from the stage. It is a standing room only venue, so be prepared to stand for the whole show. While I agree it is a great privilege to get front row, it is still my hard earned vacation and I would prefer to spend 5 extra hours at the hotel pool bar rather than sweating my butt off in line in downtown Cabo. Maybe I'm just getting soft!
Would you recommend going a little later to get the wristband and then waiting to get in? I want to be close if possible? Thanks for your help!

There will be a line of people waiting to get their wrist bands put on early! Show up a few hours after they start the process! You will be able to just walk up & get them put on with no line time!

Cabo Rob here from Carolina. Gonna miss ya this year man! I believe we got smashed on the booze cruise a couple years ago. We'll be in town all week after a crazy weekend in Vegas with Motley Crue. Got lucky and got some Wed show tickets. 2 tickets but theirs 7 of us. New ticket system sucks man. Get your ass down in 2014...the first chilled double shot of Vitamin T is on Cabo Rob!
