A Month Ago

It was just one Short month ago that the wife and I got our wrist bands on for the first nights show. Then back to the Riu to Party some more before the show. Then back to the cantina for the Sammy and Chickenfoot show. What a PARTY that night was...We are already planning for next years B-Bash in Cabo. Hope to see ya there...

FINALLY got the one I wanted!!

Well, it took me some time to FINALLY get the tattoo that I wanted but . . . I DID IT!! I'm SO HAPPY it turned out AWESOME!!! Had to really search for that former Red Rocker logo too, glad I found it! I love Sammy's outlook on life, the lyrics in his songs and such, Sam is a TRUE artist. ~ ~ TTYL guys! <3

Ten more minutes of my Sunday ritual “Breakfast with the Beatles”, today’s climax was a string score only version of Eleanor Rigby. “I Want You” was also in today’s repertoire which is one of my favorites having been featured in both Juke Box Musicals Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, the late seventies camp of a film with Peter Frampton, The Bee Gees and many other iconic stars including Alice Cooper and Aeromith; and Across the Universe a more poignant tale written and directed by Julie Taymor of Broadway’s The Lion King fame.

Event Archive lapse of memory

Noticed there alot of shows not listed in the archives, in fact what happened to the entire 1980's. Maybe to many drugs in the 70's, I don,t remember, do you. Have to go back and look at all my old concert ticket stubs to piece it back together.

In a recent interview with CNBC, the Red Rocker Sammy Hagar discusses the current status of the music industry and his role in it. Hagar says that he is well aware that a band starting out today is faced with a different reality than he was when he started out in the music industry in the late sixties.
