January 28th the Cantina hosted the closing ceremony for the LOS CABOS MARATHON (Attached picture of winner and event organizers). Later that evening, Sammy played at the Cantina to a full house with house band "CABO". Comedian Paul Rodriguez also showed up at the Cantina to party and have fun with friends..

Oxford Publishing Inc., publisher of national trade magazine Nightclub & Bar, has named its Editors' Top 100 bars and clubs in the United States and the "Tahoe Wabo" made the cut!

The honorees will be honored in a special presentation at the Nightclub & Bar/Beverage Retailer Beverage and Food Convention & Trade Show ("The Show") in Las Vegas, held March 5-8, 2006.
