Birthday Bash Ticket Question Answers
Hi Redheads -- we've received a number of questions and want to do a quick answer to a few of them.
1) Yes, it is true that, like previous years, tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and you must show ID to receive your wristbands when you check in the day of the show you have tickets for.
2) We are going to make a one-time offer for people who have purchased tickets but have discovered they CAN NOT GO to be able to get a refund. After we have received those tickets back we will do another drawing to randomly select new winners for those tickets. This will avoid tickets going unused and put them back into the hands of Redheads in need! More details on this will be coming very soon and we will email ticket holders with details.
3) For a number of logistical reasons, there will not be any free tickets given for people who have their birthday on show dates this year.
4) Like last year, we are working to put together a webcast of one (or more) nights so Redheads far and wide can still be part of the party! Keep your eyes on Sammy's Facebook/Twitter/G+ pages as it may happen last minute based on how the Internet connection down in Cabo cooperates!

You are receiving this email because you have confirmed tickets that you have purchased for one (or more) of the Birthday Bash shows this year in Cabo.
We know sometimes people's schedules change last minute and we want to make sure that any tickets that might otherwise go unused can instead go into the hands of another Redhead. So, we are offering a special ONE-TIME OFFER for a return and refund for any 2012 Birthday Bash tickets you have purchased but are unable to use.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $5/ticket fee to cover additional credit card processing & fees so you will receive a credit of $50 per returned ticket.
If you would like to request a refund for any of your tickets, please follow these steps EXACTLY:
1) EMAIL sales@redrocker.com WITH THE SUBJECT LINE "2012 BDAY BASH TICKET RETURN"
2) INCLUDE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND HOW MANY TICKETS YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE REFUNDED.
3) SEND YOUR EMAIL NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM PDT WEDNESDAY SEP 26TH!
If you do not follow these instructions exactly, we will not be able to process your refund request.
Once we have processed all returns we will email fans who were not chosen in the random selection process and let them know what the process will be for selling these tickets.
Email received this morning about returning tickets. they must respond by Wednesday 5pm Pacific time. Also said non-winners from first drawing will be notified if they are chosen this time, so appears there WILL NOT be another sign up.

11 days and still no news. Has anyone recieved an email yet? I'm glad for those that got tickets, even those that got multiple shows, but this new system blows!

Thumbs up to those who decided to give refunds. Ive had my reservations made since Nov 2011 and I didn't win any tickets so here's hoping for another chance! My husband and I are huge Sammy fans and it would be awesome if we could attend the bash since my husband will be turning 50. I'm praying to the Birthday gods!

I hope we hear something soon, hotel booked, airline tickets booked, ready to see friends, but no tickets too any of the shows for me and my husband. We will still be happy to see all of our friends!

Nothing yet. Getting close to Cabo Time though. My wife and I are putting a set of tix for the 7th show back in the mix due to scoring more then 1 date. Hope soomeone without any gets them!!!!
I think the real answer is to poise this question. Those of you who scored tickets to multiple shows have you received an e-mail about doing any type of refund. If you have what were the details involved.

Hey Redrocker,
Why don't you just add a general admission ticket option for the Dinner Show line? People can get dinner show or general admission by waiting in line. This would solve all of the problems. When dinner show is sold out, all that's left is General Admiaaion until those are gone too. That way you only get people who are actually going to Cabo and are willing to put in some effort instead of relying on luck of the draw.
yes I agree PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, we would love to see at least one show. I would guess we would have to re-register since they are accepting tickets back from people that can not use them and some people were lucky enough to get a show or two. Any update from Redrocker.com would be very much appreciate!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! 19 days till we land in Cabo...We really need tix's to the Birthday Bash. When is the next drawing? Is this a seperate drawing? How do we enter?
I implore all of you Redheads who got tickets and can't go, to use your Redheads and turn your tickets back in, PLEASE! There are those of us still going without tickets. There are those who booked a trip, thinking they would get in on there birthday, and now cannot, who want tickets. There are Cabo virgins who would like to see even one show, because those of us who know that the place where land ends and the party begins, should be on everyone's bucket list, told them to go. There is no reason to deny anyone, who would make this trip, the tickets they deserve, to see the most ass kicking party of the year. Sammy does his best to accommodate everyone, he loves his fans. I fully believe, no matter what the system for tickets gets used, people will not be happy, unless they have tickets. The Redhead family has grown, and those of us who have been in the past can see this. Why do you think he moved it outside last year. There were people on the roof across the street that would not have seen anything if it was inside. Sammy listens. The fans speak. All have faith, that everything possible will be done to make sure that as many as possible, end up face down in Cabo. Thank you Sammy and all you fellow Redheads for making so many great memories for my friends and I! Anyone staying at or near the Fiesta Americana Grand, hope to see you there. Maybe we can party! Any news on the new drawing...only thing missing for the trip are tickets to a show. Nothing against the others that have won tickets but please pull their names out of the new drawing to allow the rest of us redheads a chance to see at least ONE show.
