We all know that Sammy is a one of a kind guy and a great FU&#ING singer.

Having stated that; Have you ever heard a song and thought - Damm, that would be a perfect Sammy song.

I have thought that a few times in the past, but when I heard the latest song from Alter Bridge called "My Champion" I thought I just had to say something.

It's like "Dreams" and "Eagles Fly" wrapped up in a modern package.

Props to AlterBridge for allowing Myles Kennedy the S-P-A-C-E to sing without shredding all over the top of him.

I would love to hear Sammy cover "My Champion".

As a nearly 50 year old guy I haven't heard much new stuff the past few years to get excited about, but this is a good 'un.
