Event 7:00PM. Part of the book signing tour for Red: My Uncensored Life in Rock. Only books will be signed, photos permitted but no posed pictures.
Sammy will be signing books from 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Do I need to preorder a book? If so, how do I put in an order?
You can purchase the book at the store on the day of the event, but to save time we suggest you preorder the book either online (http://www.booksinc.net/book/9780062009289) or by calling Books Inc in the Marina 415.931.3633 | We are asking that you purchase the book at Books Inc in order to get in the signing line.
What if I already bought a copy of the book? Will I be allowed to get in line to have Sammy sign my copy, or does my copy need to be bought at your store?
We are asking that you purchase the book at Books Inc in order to get in the signing line. Books Inc customers will be placed in line first. If you already bought the book elsewhere you will be put at the end of the line and will proceed as time permits, after all Books Inc customers are through the line. You can, alternatively, buy an additional copy at Books Inc to gain access to the customer signing line.
How will I gain admittance to the signing? Do I need a wristband or a ticket? If so, how do I get one?
Your Books Inc receipt is your ticket and the line will be first-come-first-serve. This event is a SIGNING ONLY and the store will be open as usual, but to get in the signing line we ask that you purchase the book at Books Inc. (see #1).
How early should I show up?
We suggest arriving 1 hour before the event, or 6pm. As we expect a good crowd, the line will likely stretch out the store, so please dress for any weather.
If I can’t make it to the signing, are you taking phone orders for signed copies?
We will take phone orders for signed copies and will get it signed as time permits.

GREAT WEATHER (for s.f), Great Location, Great fans around us, Great time.
We were in the top 20 in line and it went really fast. I brought a buddy who's not really in to Sammy, BUT HE IS NOW. we left that place JACKED UP AND VERY PLEASED.

Do I pick up the book at the signing as long as I have the recpt.from the store ? (since the event is 2morrow nite)
Hey Redheads...
Just got home from the Roseville book signing (@ 8:30pm a half hour before it's supposed to be over). Don't be late!! If there is no more books to sell in the store and no more people in line, Sammy will be outta there!!
I'm not going to sleep at all tonight! Can't wait!
It is best, and probably easier, to pre-pay and pickup the book the day of the event.
I am just wondering if it would be best to have it "shipped" to me or to have it "pre" paid and pick it up at Books Inc itself.
