The Albuquerque show wasn't great compared to Lubbock. IT WAS AWESOME. It was unbelievable the amount of energy they had on stage considering this was their 3rd show in four days. I don't care that the set list may have been the same. I don't care if the solo's were similar to the Lubbock show. IT'S VAN HALEN. Sammy was rocking like nobody's business. Michael was at the top of his game on bass and on back-up vocals. Alex was sitting back and banging away and Eddie was the guitar god he has always been.
The only real difference was the audience in Albuquerque had more ENERGY and rocked harder then Lubbock.
Thanks Van Halen for getting back together and making this last week for me one of the best ever. (Thanks to my wife for putting up with my desire to go to both of these shows)
