I got my hands on this sweet Cabo Wabo Stratocaster. It's pretty unique, I hope. I searched the heck out of the Internet and the only other one I could find was a photo on a Guitar Center webpage, and the listing had expired. I have a lot more photos. It really sounds great, all the electronics were working and I only had to replace the nut (with a Fender Bone, naturally). I put round string tees on it instead of those wing styles which cut into the strings. The Low E tuning button and bushing were gone so I McGuyvered a decent fix, new Dean Markley slinky strings, no fret buzz.

Redheads are the best! Met so many fabulous people in Cabo 2017. Looking forward to hanging out with some of them at the STL show this May.

I just got the wife and I tix to the show in Mystic Lake Ampitheater (Prior Lake, MN) and Shellabration in Fort Dodge, IA. We also got to see Toby Keith and Sammy down in Cabo this year for his bday bash!

Amazing show that showed Sammy was ready to get back to work and perform at the top of his game, while the brothers sat at home and twiddled their thumbs.

Does anybody happen to have video of this show? I'd love to relive this night. Sammy had pulled my wife up on stage with him to sing 3 lock box and then closed out the show with her and a bunch of people for Marching to Mars on stage. This dates back before we all had the pleasure/curse of iPhone cameras. We got to meet the band outside by the buses after the gig....what a different time!
