Has anyone received the instructions on how to get the CD yet????? Nothing came with the ticket purchase confirmation like was mentioned at the concert & on the website.

*Cabo Wabo cantina is the first place to dine, but what other places are recommended by Red Heads?
*The Arch at Lands End is a must see, but what other must sees have Red Heads found?
*Hotels? All inclusive bests and or the best of the smaller Hotel / resorts

Made this awsome show, thank god. A week later wss fighting for my life!!! Sammy's music and attitude towards life really helped me & my husband fight. We won and we still talk about how much his music motivated both of us to live life to the fullest!!!
