Well I don't understand and I want details, so I respecfully ask for the truth and not some canned response from a PR machine. If you're going to declare even one fan the enemy you ought to have the balls to say why or deal with the backlash, cause you can't have it both ways!

I thought it was a great touching tribute to Sammy's manager Carter, who passed away a few days ago.

For those of you that know all of the drama and disappointment I have faced for the past two years, especially this past week or so surrounding my documentary “United States of Cabo” and Sammy Hagar’s management, will know the name John Carter. For John was Sammy Hagar’s longtime manager, my main contact with Sammy’s camp and the main thorn in the side of the USOC. I understand the business of rock and roll management representing the underbelly to all the glamour and excitement that we as fans see on stage night after night, something that John was at the forefront of for Sammy Hagar.

It has been a tough road for my documentary on Redheads since I began this project almost two years ago. There has been disappointment and more drama than I could have ever imagined, yet I press on. The amazing love and support for my film has been overwhelming and I am reminded of this each and every day by the heartfelt emails, messages and phone calls of support from Redheads from around the globe. I am reminded that, without real drama, there would be no backbone to my story... guess everything happens for a reason. So despite various setbacks, the USOC is back stronger than ever!

Been a long time Hagar fan since around 1978. First time seeing Sammy was at the Stockton Civic in 1980. Man, what a show. Red jumpsuit and all. I remember he had around three guitar players with him, didn't understand that. The Electric Church was awesome that night.

Read Sammy's book in one night. Enough has been said about the VH years. To me the best parts of the book are about Sammy's rise to the Red Rocker and what he's been doing after VH. Being the music geek that I am I would love to have read more about recording details of his albums, maybe that will be the next book :) \m/

Just straight up ate up...

Went to Fri and Sat nite shows in Tahoe - my 7th year! Been there when Sammy was sick, had altitude attitude, and maybe a little hungover (?),and he still puts on the best shows ever. First time for me, tho, to see the band working off some energy in the Cabo Tahoe after the show. Dave, Vic and Mona all showed up and rocked with Aaron, and the house band. I'll post pics later this week. See you again next year in Tahoe! I can't wait!
