When do they post tickets for sale for Sammy's birthday bash in Cabo Oct 13th?

Hey, I was curious how you are able to purchase tickets to the Cabo Birthday bash? After years (seriously) of saving money I believe I have enough to make the trip, but want to know I have tickets to a show before spending the money to make the trip. Would appreciate very much any information the rest of you may have out there on this.
