8TH B-day Bash trip upcoming. Truly love the idea of on-line sales (always hated the old "sleeping in the street system"). Was able to get tix for all 4 shows last year (but not without issues, was "kicked out" of the system several times while attempting to pay and had to start all over again). This year our dates ate 10/8-15 so I was only trying to get tix for the shows on the 9th, 11th and 13th. Got them for the 9th.

Well, thanks for nothing redrocker.com, you just destroyed my birthday wish and my trip to Cabo with your sh*tty ticket sale setup. What a big let down. Your crap system threw me into PayPal because it "recognized my email address". I said to just go ahead as a "guest" like they said we could, but it dumped my basket to one ticket from two -- by the time I got thru that and had to redo my basket (literally SECONDS) the site had timed me out, sent me to PayPal's main page so by the time I got back to redrocker.com the tickets were gone.

Sammy thanks for wearing the jersey I had made for you Saturday night! Had a blast both nights. Loved every rain soaked minute of it!!!!!

Great show. Sammy sounded excellent and was on top of his game. Great song selection, as always. But alas, Sammy's set was cut short after only 30 minutes due to an impending thunderstorm. I was more than a little disappointed since Sammy hasn't performed in Detroit with the Wabo's in a few years. But you obviously can't blame Sammy. An act of God isn't something you mess with. Still, I hope he comes back soon. Detroit can never get enough of the Red Rocker!

As always, Sammy and the Wabos treat their fans to one of the most unique shows in rock and roll. Always a good time. I made a little compilation video of some of the evening's highlights. Check it out when you get a chance.

Sammy blew away Kid Rock last night at Comerica Park!

Hey Sammy, Had fun at the comerica concert last night but did not see enough of YOU! I only heard 3 songs and was disapointed. Next time your in town I'll be sure to be at your concert only.

Starving when we arrived, my husband and I decided to scarf down some grub in the House of Blues Restaurant before going up to the second floor of the Showboat to the House of Blues Music Hall.

Thankfully we told the waiter that we had plans to see the show and when we finished our meal he gave us "Pass the Line" tickets which put us in the VIP line. This allowed us to go into the show before the other hundreds of people and so we scored VERY close standing position to the stage thanks to the general admission tickets Brian bought.

A redhead made Sammy a very cool t-shirt.....it was the RedRocker and Chickenfoot logo....it was SO cool....was looking to see who made it and if they are making anymore??? I would LOVE to buy one...hook a Redhead up.....
