Caught the Samauri hair show in OKC. I was on the 2nd row trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I owned a guitar shop in the city at that time & took a friend who was in shock also. One of the nights Toby Keith came out. Just had to get it off my chest, I felt for you dude. You & Mike held it togather. I was so pissed I shot an email to Eddie the next day sayin I wanted my money back,( Yeah I'm a regular Einstein). Doubt if you ever see this, but I saw the look of "oh $hit" in your eyes when he (Eddie) pulled Wolfie to the stage floor because he couldn't stand up.

Just rediscovered this. Thought I,d lost it. Sammy on fire. Can't wait for the Foot to hit UK.

Huge fan since the age of 11 when I discovered Standing Hampton! You don't get enough recognition for your influence. Love you Sammy!

We Need more Red!

My wife Lisa and I went to the "Orlando Film Festival" last night and saw Sammy's documentary, "Go There Once, Be There Twice" directed by Gil Bettman. Sammy's film was what drew us to the festival.
It was great! Really captured Sammy and his lifestyle, history, and philosophy. Sammy, as always, was a great storyteller in the film and just seems like the most real and sincere guy you'd ever meet. The live footage was great, also profiles/interviews of the Wabo's, and Michael Anthony, and Sammy's lovely wife Kari.
Makes us want to plan our next vacation real soon.

Does anybody know how Chickenfoot III is doing in record sales? It was already sold at Walmart. I ordered my son a copy online.

Kinda getting a kick outta readin' comments about this years Bash. A buncha People unhappy about the Time change for the 13th show. It Was Posted at the cantina DAYS ahead of the show AND Sammy announced it at the other three shows.
Just my opinion, But if folks would stop by the cantina from time to time they MIGHT know about whats goin' on there...Food For Thought.
With That I Will Say I Had A Blast This Year AND The Four Years Prior To That, AND Can't Wait To Get Back To Cabo Next Fall...
