My opinion is I think it was fair.
I don't understand why everyone thinks it was unfair.
Each day had its own lottery.
Why should one person be eliminated from receiving a second show just because they got selected already for a previous drawing?
Not everyone put in for all 4 drawings. If everyone did than yes it would be fair.
It was Your Personal Choice to register for how many drawings you wanted to be in.

It truly is funny that I didn’t experience the extreme melancholia that most REDHEADS did with not winning the Birthday Bash ticket lottery.

I don’t know whether I am considered a TRUE REDHEAD or not, never having seen Sammy at the Birthday Bash, but having visited Cabo and the Cantina several times and seeing Sammy in concert several times (upfront fanatic at one), wearing RED for years and writing him a stage and screenplay based on his music, I FEEL like a TRUE REDHEAD. Lost my t-shirt in a traveling accident.

I hope there are some RR booze cruises this year. Anyone heard anything yet?

WooHoo! Got our tickets for the 13th. Awesome! The only bad thing is our friends got theirs on the 11th. I wish there was a way to trade. It will still be awesome though. Peace...

It sounds like there are more than plenty of us long time die hard Redheads who are left out in the cold this year with no show tickets to the bday bash. Let's make some awesome party plans and meet up for some great partying in Cabo. We are staying at the Riu Palace 8-16. Any other Redheads out there staying at the Palace? How many people got online last year to buy their OWN tickets AND GOT THEM ``` VS.``` How many of those SAME people registered this year for tickets and DID NOT WIN ANY!!

I know I am one of those people, and I am fine with not being the lucky one to be trigger happy and get my tickets in my cart fast enough to buy online. Oh well to me.... What I am NOT fine with is... not being selected by some random selection monster that I could have been faster than to get my OWN tickets!

One can only do the math. When several thousand tickets are wanted for each show and several hundred are available for each show, not everyone will get a ticket. There are good and bad aspects to all forms of ticket purchases. It is disappointing to see the so called true fans complaining that a "newbie" getting a ticket is such a bad thing. I did not know it was a divine "right" to receive tickets. I am most certain that the draws were made via a software program, no one put names in a hat and pulled them out. To all who were able to get tickets good for you.

Has anyone confirmed that the deal is sealed? I still cant believe I didnt make tickets to one out of four shows???? Thats roughly 2000-3000 tickets. Anybody want to speak in?

There are so many of us dedicated REDHEADS that didn't make the cut, or got cut,is more appropriate. Sammy himself is not to blame, I know he is genuine with his love for his fans, they tried something and in my opinion was a disaster !

Just spoke to inticketing to find out if I could change my credit card number with them and still be registered (since I had to report my card lost). They informed me that all shows are sold out and the ticketing is done.
