I have tickets for the 1st night of the Birthday Bash. I know the show starts at 930p and wristband pick up is 2p-10p. How much time should we allow to get wristbands? I've heard it is a slow process.

Can you tell me the best way to get dinner show tickets? I've heard you need to line up and they release them at noon. What time should we start lining up? Thanks.

Anyone know how soon people start camping out in order to get the dinner BB tickets that they will be selling on the 10th? - I've got zero response for any help or suggestions on getting my friend with ALS in, so consequently I am thinking of flying in early and camping out for the dinner tickets
